  1. In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add the salt. Beat with a hand whisk until combined.
  2. Add half of the milk (300 ml) and mix gently.
  3. Add the flour along with the baking powder (if using). Mix well until all lumps are gone.
  4. Add the rest of the milk and continue mixing.
  5. Pour the boiling water slowly while mixing. This will help you get a smoother, lighter dough.
  6. Add the vegetable oil and mix again.
  7. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Cooking

  1. Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil.
  2. Pour a portion of batter and spread it to form a thin pancake.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat until the edges begin to brown.
  4. Turn it over and cook the other side.
  5. Repeat with the rest of the dough.

Assembling the filling

  1. Mix the grated cheese, chopped sausage, and dill.
  2. Place a portion of the filling on each warm pancake.
  3. You can fold them, roll them up, or serve them open, as you prefer.
