1. Preheat the Oven

2. Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with:
olive oil
minced garlic
grated Parmesan cheese
chopped parsley
lemon zest
salt and pepper
Mix everything gently until the shrimp are evenly coated with the seasoning.
3. Arrange the Shrimp
Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they are not crowded so they cook evenly and develop a better texture.
4. Bake
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the shrimp become pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them to keep them tender and juicy.
5. Garnish and Serve
Remove the shrimp from the oven and sprinkle with extra parsley. Serve with fresh lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
