How to use Epsom salt after age 60
🛁 : For a full bath:
Add 1 to 2 cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes, breathing deeply and relaxing.

🦶 For feet or hands:
Add 125 ml of Epsom salt to a basin of warm water. Soak your hands or feet for 10 to 15 minutes to relieve tension and soften the skin.

🌿 For targeted relief:
Dissolve Epsom salt in warm water. Soak a cloth or towel and apply it as a warm compress to sore joints or muscles.

💧Use 2 to 3 times per week for best results. Hydrate before and after bathing, and listen to your body: comfort and moderation are essential.

A Japanese approach to longevity

Japan’s oldest doctor once said:

“True well-being does not come from miracle solutions, but from carefully performed daily rituals.”

This philosophy reflects the Japanese way of life: slow, balanced, and constant. Epsom salt may not be a miracle cure, but it is a tried-and-tested, affordable, and effective way to support your body’s natural healing abilities.
