Oat and chia water for weight loss
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon rolled oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 glass of water
- Juice from half a lemon (optional)
Preparation:
- Add oatmeal and chia to a glass of water.
- Let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- When consumed, add the lemon juice if desired.
- Stir well before drinking.
