- In a bowl, mix theĀ melted butterĀ with the Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Cut aĀ thin sliceĀ from both sides of the potatoes to create a stable base.
- Cut the surface of the potatoes without going all the way through.
- Arrange them on a baking tray and brush them with the Parmesan mixture.
- Turn them over gently and brush them again.
- Cook in a static oven at 180°C for 20 minutes .
- Turn them over and continue cooking for anotherĀ 15ā20 minutesĀ , until golden brown and crispy.
