Here’s how I make my jam with 2 oranges and 1 carrot. No sugar!

Wash the oranges and carrots thoroughly.
Peel the oranges and carrots.
Cut the oranges into small pieces and remove the cores.
Grate the carrot into thin strips or cut it into small pieces.
Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces (optional).
Put the orange pieces, grated carrot, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Add the apple, if using.
Add 120 ml of water to the saucepan.
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional).
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 40 minutes.
Use an immersion blender or food processor to purée the mixture.
Cook over low heat for another 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars.
Seal the jars immediately to create a vacuum seal.
