Preparation  :

  1. Bring the water to a boil and add the ginger and cloves.
  2. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Filter, add the honey (and lemon if you want).
  4. Warm wood and enjoy its beneficial magic.

  • In the morning on an empty stomach to activate the body
  • In the evening before going to sleep, to relax
