Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook the Sausage
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
Drain excess fat; let cool 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix cooked sausage + cream cheese + cheddar until well combined.
4. Assemble the Rolls
Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles.
Spoon 1 tbsp filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up tightly toward the point, tucking in filling as you go.
